We travel to your home, office, or another convenient location to complete your signing appointment. Our role is to verify the identity of all required signers, notarize applicable documents, and carefully review the loan package for signatures, initials, and notarizations before it is returned to the lender or title company. While we can explain the purpose of each document, we cannot provide legal, financial, or mortgage advice.

• All required signers must be present with a valid, government-issued photo ID.
