About Us
At Rola Notary, our story didn’t begin with a notary stamp. It began with a passion for helping people.
For more than five years, my wife and I worked together in a rehabilitation facility, where one of our responsibilities was helping clients complete the paperwork they needed to receive treatment. Every day, we met people who were facing difficult moments in their lives. Many were overwhelmed, stressed, or unsure where to begin.
Some appointments took only 30 minutes, while others lasted more than two hours. We learned that when someone is already carrying the weight of life’s challenges, even simple paperwork can feel overwhelming.
One of the things I enjoyed most was sitting down with each person, taking the time to walk them through the process, helping them stay organized, and making the experience feel less stressful. Seeing the relief on someone’s face after finishing their paperwork reminded me that kindness, patience, and understanding can make a real difference.
After my wife became a stay-at-home mom, she told me she missed serving people in that way. She missed making a difference in someone’s day, and she wanted to find a way to continue helping our community while also contributing to our family’s future.
Then she came to me with an idea.
“What if I became a Florida Notary Public?”
I loved the idea immediately.
The more we talked about it, the more we realized it wasn’t just about notarizing documents. It was about continuing the work we had already been doing for years—helping people through important moments with patience, professionalism, and compassion.
So I decided to become a notary too.
What started as my wife’s idea quickly became our shared dream, and that’s how Rola Notary was born.
Today, we’re proud to be a family-owned mobile notary business serving Palm Beach County. Whether we’re meeting you at your home, workplace, hospital, assisted living facility, or another convenient location, our goal is always the same: to make the notarization process simple, professional, and stress-free.
We understand that many of the documents we notarize represent important life decisions—buying a home, caring for a loved one, planning an estate, or handling business matters. These aren’t just pieces of paper. They represent milestones, responsibilities, and new beginnings.
When you choose Rola Notary, you’re not just hiring a notary. You’re working with two people who genuinely care about making the process as smooth and comfortable as possible.
Thank you for trusting our family to serve yours.
We look forward to meeting you.
