Certified. Professional. Prepared.

At Rola Notary Services, we understand that notarization often involves important, personal, financial, and time-sensitive documents. Our commitment is to provide every client with professional, reliable, and secure notarial services while following the laws and standards governing Florida notaries.

We maintain professional training and credentials that allow us to serve individuals, families, businesses, title companies, signing services, attorneys, and other professionals both in person and remotely.

NNA Certified

Rola Notary Services is NNA Certified through the National Notary Association (NNA).

NNA certification reflects professional training in proper notarial procedures, identity verification, document handling, ethical practices, and industry standards.

Our goal is simple: every notarization should be handled carefully, professionally, and with attention to detail.

NNA Certified Notary Signing Agents

We are NNA Certified Notary Signing Agents, trained to professionally facilitate loan and real estate document signing appointments.

Signing agent services may include:

  • Loan signing appointments
  • Refinance documents
  • Seller and buyer packages
  • HELOC documents
  • Mortgage documents
  • Real estate closing packages
  • Other lender and title documents requiring notarization

As Notary Signing Agents, our role is to properly facilitate the signing and notarization process while remaining impartial. We do not provide legal advice or interpret documents for signers.

RON | Remote Online Notarization

Rola Notary Services offers Remote Online Notarization (RON), allowing eligible documents to be notarized online through an approved secure electronic notarization platform.

With RON, the signer and notary meet through live audio-video communication rather than being physically present in the same room.

Depending on the document and applicable requirements, RON may offer a convenient option for clients who are traveling, located outside the immediate service area, have mobility limitations, or simply prefer the convenience of completing their notarization remotely.

Identity verification and other required security procedures are completed as part of the remote notarization process.

IPEN | In-Person Electronic Notarization

We also offer IPEN, or In-Person Electronic Notarization.

IPEN combines the convenience of electronic documents and electronic signatures with a traditional face-to-face notarial appointment.

The signer and notary are physically present together while the document is signed and notarized electronically using an authorized electronic notarization system.

This option can be especially useful for individuals and businesses looking to reduce paper handling while maintaining an in-person signing experience.

Mobile Notary Services

In addition to electronic and remote notarization options, Rola Notary Services provides mobile notary services, bringing professional notarization directly to clients at convenient locations.

Appointments may be available at homes, offices, hospitals, healthcare facilities, assisted living communities, businesses, and other agreed-upon locations.

Professional Notarial Service You Can Depend On

Whether your documents are signed on paper, electronically in person, or remotely online, Rola Notary Services is committed to providing a professional and dependable experience from beginning to end.
