Seller Package (RON)
Seller Package (RON) — Florida Remote Online Notary
Overview
When selling a home, the seller is responsible for executing a specific set of closing documents — including the deed, affidavits, and various disclosures — that must be properly notarized. RolaNotary’s Remote Online Notarization (RON) service allows Florida home sellers to complete their seller closing package securely from anywhere using live audio/video technology — no need to appear in person at a title company or closing office.

What to Expect
After booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation with a secure link to your Remote Online Notarization session. At the scheduled time, your RolaNotary signing agent will connect via live video, verify your identity, guide you through each document in the seller package, and apply a digital notarial seal in compliance with Florida RON law. Seller package signings typically take 20–40 minutes. Completed documents are delivered electronically upon session completion.
RolaNotary notarizes customer-provided documents only. We do not prepare legal documents and do not provide legal advice.
