Appointment Requirements

• Every signer must appear in person at the time of the appointment.
• Every signer must present a valid government-issued photo ID.
• Documents should be fully completed before the appointment, except where signatures must be witnessed by the notary.
• All signers must be willing and fully aware of what they are signing.

What to Expect
