Not every document fits neatly into a standard notarization category, and that's okay. If you have a personal document that requires remote online notarization but is not listed among our available services, you can submit a request through this booking.

Examples may include authorization letters, personal agreements, consent forms, sworn statements, declarations, residency verification documents, identity verification forms, and other personal documents that are legally eligible for Remote Online Notarization (RON).

How This Booking Works

This booking is a service request, not an instant appointment.

During the booking process, you will:

• Enter the name or description of the document(s) you need notarized.

• Select your preferred appointment date and time.

• Provide any additional information that will help us review your request.

Once your request is submitted, it will remain Pending while we review your document type and availability. Most requests are reviewed within 15 minutes to 1 hour during normal business hours.

If your request is approved, we will contact you with confirmation, the final service price, and payment instructions.

Pricing starts at $19.99. Final pricing may vary depending on the type of document, the number of notarial acts required, the complexity of the service, and any requested add-ons.

Payment is not collected at the time of booking. Payment will be due one day before your scheduled Remote Online Notary appointment after your request has been approved.

Need your document notarized quickly? We offer urgent and same-day RON appointments, subject to availability. Additional expedited service fees may apply.

Appointment Requirements

To complete your Remote Online Notarization appointment, you must:

• Have a valid government-issued photo ID.

• Successfully complete the required identity verification process.

• Join the online notarization session using a device with a camera, microphone, and reliable internet connection.

• Ensure your document is complete before the appointment, except for any signatures that must be witnessed by the notary.

• Be willing, aware, and legally able to sign your document.
