This fee applies when a second visit is required because the appointment could not be completed during the original scheduled visit.

• This fee applies when documents, identification, required signers, or other necessary items were unavailable at the time of the original appointment
• The second trip fee is charged in addition to the original service fee
• Please ensure all required items and all signers are present and ready before your scheduled appointment to avoid this charge
